I know sometimes when you are dealing with illness, regular ordinary life stuff can seem much more of a challenge and takes a bit more out of you than you think it should.
The little normally inconsequential things like paying bills, grocery shopping, or taking the car to the mechanic, don’t feel like inconsequential things.
This is me reminding you that your feelings are valid. Sometimes life feels hard or unfair.
You may need to tighten up those boundaries and prioritize yourself a bit more this week.
