ABOUT CINDY
My cancer diagnosis inspired me to take my health and wellness to another level. Focussing on myself physically, mentally and emotionally became monumentally important.
I understand the importance of getting the nutrients needed to nourish your body during a rigorous treatment protocol, and going forward.
In addition to repairing and maintaining your body physically, it is absolutely imperative to address your spirit and state of mind. I am a huge believer in reducing and managing stress, as this is a primary contributor to health disorders. I believe whole-heartedly in the power of stress reducing practices, and ingraining a positive attitude in everything you do.
I made a decision to take this passion into a formal learning environment, becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the goal of providing knowledge and tools for individuals who are striving to optimize their health during or after treatments for cancer or other illnesses.
