REMINDER: STOP CHECKING YOUR PHONE

If you are trying to reduce your stress level, one of the simplest things you can do is to stop checking your phone first thing in the morning.

Although this may sound simplistic, when you start your day by scrolling your phone stress levels are immediately elevated, and you become distracted by things you have no control over.

Remember…little changes in habits/thoughts/attitudes lead to big changes over time. This is especially important to remember when you don’t have it in you to make all kinds of big changes to your health and lifestyle routines.
