
Please tell me I’m not the only one who likes these interesting smoothie concoctions!
Smoothies are a great way to start your day, and can be loaded with very healthy items (and maybe sometimes a treat like peanut butter or dark chocolate). My advice is to throw anything in that works for you. When your appetite is a little off, you can change it up to suit what is appealing in that moment. It’s amazing how things that are good for you can be disguised in a delicious, easy-to-make combo! Get creative!
