Choosing a positive word that I would like to describe my upcoming year helps me set the tone for the things that I want to achieve.
This year my word is Triumph.
I’m choosing this word because it signifies great victory and achievement. For me this means a focus on attaining my best level of health, building my business, and focussing on the people and things I love in my life.
I know that words are powerful and I believe that when I set a positive intention for the year ahead I am much more likely to stay on track with my goals and aspirations.
