I do this because it wakes up my digestive system, increases liver function, and starts me off on the right foot for proper hydration during the entire day.

Starting your day well doesn’t necessarily mean you have to get up at 5am and do a full “miracle morning”. If you try and do too much it can be overwhelming, not to mention unsustainable.
